Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped (about 1/3 cup) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Add salt and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate until well combined.
