Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt 8 ounces blueberry preserves, such as Blueberry Cobbler preserve or Blueberry Pie preserve (or any other type of blueberry preserve) Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Add salt to the dry ingredients; mix well. Gradually add blueberry preserves to the wet ingredients; mix well again. Pour batter into prepared dish; bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
