Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and salt. Stir in cinnamon. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish. How to Make Butterfinger Fudge

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring the mixture to a boil. Remove the mixture from the heat once it reaches a boil. Stir in the peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and marshmallow creme. Stir in the vanilla. Quickly stir in the Butterfinger pieces. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the top of the fudge with more Butterfinger pieces. Cover the pan and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the fudge to cool for a few hours. Cut into 1 inch squares, and enjoy!
