Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled 3 tablespoons chocolate chips, divided Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin with butter. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until well combined. Stir in the butter until melted. Stir in 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips at a time until well combined. Add more chocolate chips as needed to make a desired consistency. How to Make Chocolate Chip Muffins

Sift together the flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips into a large bowl.  In another bowl, mix together the butter, sugars, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until it’s well combined.  Add the dry mix to the wet mix in batches and mix till everything is combined well. Pour the batter into the lined muffin trays, and put some reserved chocolate chips on top of each muffin. Bake the muffins for 15-18 mins.
