How to make Fried Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
Combine lukewarm buttermilk, sugar, and yeast. Whisk together, then let sit. Add in the eggs, vanilla, and salt. Add in the flour. Slowly incorporate the butter cubes. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow the dough to proof. Punch the dough down. Turn it onto a lightly floured surface. Roll out the dough.
