How to Make Streusel Apple Pie

Lower the baking rack in your oven and then set it to 375 degrees F.  Start rolling out your pie crust and place it on the pie plate, tucking the edges and crimping them on the sides.  Add your apples to a large mixing bowl and evenly coat them with the sugars, cinnamon, salt, flour, and lemon juice. Make the streusel using cinnamon, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Use a fork to combine the ingredients until you have crumbles. Pour the apple mixture on top of the crust, and add your streusel on top of the apple layer. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Make sure you remove the foil after 30 minutes to allow the streusel to get crispy.
