Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt 8 ounces (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly 8 tablespoons (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In another medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Stir into the butter mixture until well blended. Add salt if desired. Pour batter into prepared dish; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and set aside to cool completely before serving.

Whip the butter and the sugar together and mix in the milk and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and combine. Let chill. Once chilled, for the dough into egg shapes. Chill. Melt the chocolate wafers. Dip each egg into the chocolate, drizzle and add sprinkles.
