Ingredients: 1 cup cooked white rice 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked white rice, sugar, cornstarch and egg. Stir in butter or margarine until well blended. Stir in flour and baking powder until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set aside on a wire rack to cool completely.

How to Make Easter Themed Rice Krispies

Melt the butter and stir in the vanilla and salt. Add the marshmallows and melt. Tae the pot off of the heat and fold in the cereal. Place into a prepared pan. Drizzle over melted chocolate and add the M&Ms. Let set before cutting into squares.
