Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature 2 cups sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 2 teaspoons vanilla extract FILLING: 1 cup funfetti cookie dough (homemade or store-bought) or 1 can (15 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, divided 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
