Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (homemade or store-bought) 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
