How to Make Raspberry Crumble Bars

Mix together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix again. Slice the stick of butter into tablespoon pieces. Add the butter to the mixture. Pour half of the mixture into a prepared pan. Pour the raspberry preserves or jam onto the crust. Spread the remaining flour and butter mixture evenly over the filling. Bake. Cool completely at room temperature. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
