How to Make Strawberry Pop Tarts from Scratch

Blend flour, sea salt, and sugar in a food processor. Add the chunks of cold butter to the food processor. Blend until you have a crumbly texture.  Place the dough in a bowl and let it chill in the fridge for an hour.  Roll half the dough with a rolling pin, and use a cookie cutter to cut out pieces from the dough.  Place a tablespoon of jam on half the heart-shaped dough.  Press the other pieces of dough on top and seal by pressing down on the sides with a fork.  Bake for 25-30 minutes.  Let the pastry pockets cool before you add your glaze.
