Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs and butter until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla extract; mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan; bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes before serving.

How to Make Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes

Mix your dry ingredients then your wet ingredients, combine to make the batter. Fill cupcake liner with the batter and oven bake for 15-18 mins. For the strawberries, in a small bowl, combine chopped strawberries and sugar. Set aside. Mix your buttercream ingredients in a stand mixer and fill a piping bag. For the topping, mix the Oreos, Jell-O and food coloring in a bowl. Remove the center of the cupcake, fill with vanilla pudding, top with the buttercream, crushed Oreos and chopped strawberries.
