Ingredients: 1 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons butter, melted 2 cups cooked brown rice, rinsed and drained 2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed and chopped Instructions:
