Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature 3/4 cup sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups chocolate chips, melted and cooled (or 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips) 1 (13.5-inch) cake pan, lined with parchment paper, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and prepped for the oven by spraying with cooking spray before measuring the ingredients for the cake batter; set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 13.5-inch cake pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In the same bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time until well combined. Stir in vanilla extract. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared cake pan; smooth top with a spoon or your hands. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean when tested after 10 minutes of baking time. Allow to cool completely before frosting or serving
