Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature 3 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 8 ounces sour cream, at room temperature Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch pie plate. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in sugar until well combined. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat eggs on low speed until light and fluffy. Add butter and mix until well blended. Add milk and vanilla; mix until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pie plate; spread evenly over top. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before serving

How to Make Christmas Cheesecake

For the Crust: Combine ingredients to make the graham cracker mixture, and press it into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake briefly then let it cool. For the Cheesecake: Combine ingredients to make the cheesecake mixture, then fold in the sprinkles. To Bake: Pour the cheesecake on top of the crust, make a water bath around the pan, and bake. Then let it cool with the oven propped open. Once it’s cooled, wrap it and place in the fridge to chill overnight. For Assembly: Make the chocolate ganache. Place the cheesecake on a stand, and pour the ganache on top. Then place candies on top, and finish decorating as you please.
