Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup (120 ml) unsalted butter, at room temperature 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream 1 1/2 cups (300 g) granulated sugar 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cornstarch 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 8 ounces (225 g) bittersweet chocolate, chopped Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch pie plate. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In the butter mixture, stir in eggs and cream until well blended. Stir in sugar and cornstarch; mix well. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.

How to Make Cookies and Cream Cheesecake

Make the crust by combining the butter and crumbs. Press into the pan and bake. Let cool. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Add in the heavy cream, sour cream, lime juice, vanilla, and salt. Add in the eggs one at a time. Fold in the Oreos. Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the crust. Create a water bath and bake. Let the cheesecake rest in the cooled oven before transferring it to the fridge to further cool. Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
