How to Make Crème Brûlée Cheesecake

Make the crust by combining the ingredients and pressing it into the bottom of the pan. Bake, then let cool. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Mix in the heavy cream, sour cream, lime juice, vanilla paste, and salt. Add the eggs, then the cornstarch. Pour the batter into the crust and create a water bath. Bake. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven first, then transfer it to the fridge. Release the cheesecake from the pan and cover the top evenly with sugar. Torch it. Let the cheesecake sit for a few moments, then slice and enjoy!
