Ingredients: 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and the sugar. Stir until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and butter or margarine until light and fluffy. Pour the egg mixture into the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup mixture and stir until well combined. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until set and golden brown on top. Serve immediately!

Melt together the peanut butter and butter. Stir in the vanilla and powdered sugar. Drop the mixture onto a lined cookie sheet and shape into eggs. Dip the chilled eggs into melted chocolate and allow to set.
