There’s something about the smell of baking cookies that just makes my heart race. And when I think about all the different flavors that can be made with Lucky Charms, I can’t help but get creative. Here are a few recipes for delicious Lucky Charms cookies that will have everyone in your house coming back for more.

  1. Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe: Combine 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a bowl and mix until well combined. Add 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine and mix until melted. Stir in 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt; set aside. In the same bowl as the chocolate chips, combine 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine and mix until melted. Stir in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon of milk. Add this mixture to the chocolate chips; stir until well combined. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet; bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown on top (do not overbake). Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely (about 20 minutes).

Brownie Cookie Recipe: Combine 2 cups (300 grams) unsalted butter or Margarine, 3 cups granulated sugar, 4 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and salt in a bowl; mix together until well combined. Add 6 tablespoons (100 grams) semisweet chocolate chips or chopped nuts if desired; mix together until well combined before adding to butter mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and these super cute cookies are the perfect way to celebrate! How to Make Lucky Charms Cookies

Cream together the butter and the sugars and mix in the eggs and vanilla. Grind the Lucky Charms cereal in a food processor. Mix the cereal powder with the other dry ingredients. Mix in some of the marshmallows and baking chips and refrigerate. Scoop the cookie dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. Press some marshmallows into the top of the cookie balls. Bake and let cool.
