Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed and drained 1 (14.5 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (3-ounce) package vanilla extract Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch Bundt cake pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in the blueberries; set aside. In the same bowl that was used to mix the dry ingredients, stir in the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared pan; smooth top with a spoon or your hands. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool cake before serving; let cool completely before serving

How to Make Blueberry Bundt Cake

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add in the eggs and then the sour cream. Stir in the dry ingredients and fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into a prepared bundt pan and bake. Let cool and drizzle with the glaze.
