Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen, chopped 1 lemon, juiced and grated (optional) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Add sugar; stir until well blended. In another bowl or medium bowl, whisk together eggs and butter. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until just blended. Stir in blueberries and lemon juice (if using). Pour batter into prepared pan; spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow cake to cool completely before serving.

How to Make Blueberry Lemon Pound Cake

Beat together the butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs and the vanilla. Add the flour and fold in the blueberries and lemon zest. Pour the batter into a prepared pan and bake.
