Ingredients: 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly 1 1/2 cups long-grain rice, cooked and drained* (I used 2 cups) Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in flour; mix well. In another medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; stir into the flour mixture until well blended. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.

Unwrap your Rice Krispies treats. Place your sprinkles and candy eyes in bowls. Add your colored candy melts to microwave safe bowls. Microwave the chocolates in 15 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip half of the Rice Krispie treat into one of the colors of melted chocolate. Add your sprinkles and candy eyes while the chocolate is still wet. Allow to cool and harden before serving.
