Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature 2 cups sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In the same bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition until well combined. Stir in milk and vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
