Ingredients: 1 pound beef ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon chili powder Salt and pepper, to taste 2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth 1 cup white wine or dry white wine 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro leaves Instructions:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the beef cubes in the olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove from the heat and set aside. 2. Add the onion, garlic, and remaining ingredients to the pot and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. 3. Add the chicken broth or vegetable broth to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. 4. Serve hot with chopped parsley or cilantro leaves on top
