If you’re looking for a delicious treat that will make your taste buds jump for joy, look no further than these chocolate-covered oreos. They are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and are perfect for a quick snack or dessert. To make these Oreos, you will need: 1 cup of all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tablespoons of butter, at room temperature 2 cups of sugar 2 eggs, beaten well 1 cup of milk

Chocolate Dipped Oreos

These chocolate covered Oreos make the classic chocolate-y cookie even better by adding, you guessed it, more chocolate! These chocolate dipped Oreos are pretty to look at with the different colors and decorative sprinkles. And you can use white chocolate, milk chocolate, or dark chocolate. This simple recipe uses only 4 ingredients and takes little time to make, making it one of my most favorite treats to make in a time crunch. After one bite, you won’t want to enjoy cookies any other way! Trademark Note: In the spirit of transparency, I want to note that some of these ingredients are trademarked products. Oreo is a proprietary brand that I want to acknowledge and give credit to.

How to Make Chocolate Covered Oreos

Prepare a large baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Melt the chocolate melting wafers in the microwave according to the instructions below (in the recipe card). Dip 1/3 of the Oreos in the white chocolate and place on the prepared baking pan. Repeat with milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Before the chocolate hardens, drizzle some chocolate on top and add sprinkles if desired. Let the chocolate harden fully, then serve. Enjoy your chocolate covered Oreos!

How To Make Oreo Pops

To turn these chocolate covered Oreos into Oreo pops, carefully insert a lollipop stick into the white cream in the middle of the cookie (double stuf Oreos provide more filling to make it easier).  Once you’ve secured the lollipop stick, hold it as you dip your Oreo into the chocolate. Be sure to hold it over the bowl of chocolate to allow any access chocolate to drip off. Then, place it on a parchment paper-lined pan or tray and top with sprinkles or drizzle with more chocolate before the chocolate dries. We hope you enjoyed making (and eating) these chocolate covered Oreo treats! This classic cookie with a twist will be perfect for any special occasion. There are so many ways to decorate them and make them your own!

Christmas: Decorate with green/red candy melts and holiday sprinkles. Flavor the chocolate with peppermint! Halloween: Decorate with black, orange, green, and/or purple candy melts and spooky sprinkles. Thanksgiving: Decorate with orange and red candy melts and autumn sprinkles. Valentine’s Day: Decorate with pink, red, and white candy melts and heart-shaped sprinkles. Easter: Dip the Oreos in white chocolate and decorate them with pastel-colored candy melts and Easter sprinkles.
