How to Make Homemade Chocolate Peppermint Patties
Beat together the sweetened condensed milk, peppermint, and half of the powdered sugar. Add the remaining powdered sugar. Beat the ingredients until a dough forms. Roll the filling into balls, then place them on parchment paper. Press down on the peppermint balls. Allow the patties to dry out at room temperature. Heat the chocolate in the microwave. Dip the patties into the chocolate. Return the patties to the parchment paper. When the chocolate sets, enjoy your peppermint patties!
