Instant Pot Beer Beef Stew is a delicious and easy-to-follow recipe that will make your meal taste amazing. Ingredients: 1 pound beef, cut into cubes 1 onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (14.5 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil 3 cups chicken broth or water 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves dissolved in 1 tablespoon water 1/2 teaspoon salt or 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste 3 cups instant pot barley rice mix (or any other type of cooked rice) Instructions: In the Instant Pot on low heat, cook the beef cubes until browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in olive oil until softened. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Add the beef cubes and continue cooking until all of the liquid has been absorbed.
