Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups milk 1/4 cup water 3 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled 1 1/2 cups Jello mix (or any other type of Jello) Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir until well combined. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in Jello mix until well combined. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until set and slightly golden brown.
