If you don’t choose to glaze your meatloaf and want to add a sauce, you can make a brown gravy by bringing 2 cups of beef broth to a boil, add 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. To this, whisk in a slurry of ¼ cup water mixed with 3 tbsp cornstarch and cook until thickened.
